Gothic Knights è il primo album in studio del gruppo musicale heavy metal statunitense Overlorde, pubblicato dall'etichetta discografica Sonic Age Records nel 2004.

Il disco

Il disco fu registrato nell'estate del 2004 e uscì a dicembre dello stesso anno tramite l'etichetta greca Sonic Age Records, che lo distribuì a livello mondiale. L'album contiene nuove registrazioni dei brani Snow Giant e Overlorde precedentemente apparsi sull'EP del 1987, anch'esso intitolato Overlorde, oltre a quattro canzoni già presentate con un demo realizzato nel 2000 (Blackness, Hell Hath No Fury, Ogre Wizard e Metallic Madness). Le tracce che compongono il disco mostrano delle sonorità che riprendono le coordinate stilistiche del power metal americano degli anni ottanta, unite ad elementi caratteristici dell'epic metal, come i testi battaglieri e un cantato a tratti evocativo.
